Working closely with the client our brief was to replace the old, dated and inhospitable ticket office, reception area and boardroom with a light airy modern design geared to enhance the customer experience, incorporate disabled friendly service points and create increased sales potential – all within a somewhat limited floor space, preparing the club for the next level.
