Virgin Trains has unveiled it’s vision for the station of the future. In a radical new open plan design, Birmingham Internationals new state of the art ticket office has been transformed, the traditional ticket office window is now a thing of the past.

In their place a “Welcome Desk” supported by integrated service pods, user friendly information screens, improved ticket machines and touch screen information points.
